Even though Paul has experienced a massive amount of success in his career, his family story starts on a much more humble note. His father, Mr. Mampilly, was born in India in a very small village. He would have to work very hard to get a college education and move away from his humble beginnings because there was not enough work available there. Soon Mampilly Sr. would get married and have two children, Paul and his sister. The whole family moved to Dubai with just the perfect timing. They built a great life for themselves and their two children had a very happy and financially set childhood even their parents couldn’t imagine having. Paul Mampilly and his sister were able to both get their college degrees and their parents were overjoyed for them. Their sacrifices surely paid off.

Paul Mampilly worked for a number of financial institutions on Wall Street including Bankers Trust, Deutsche Bank, ING, Kinetics Asset Management, and many more. With a strong work ethic and a pool of knowledge Mr. Mampilly was able to impress his employers with his skills and instincts. He now founded his own consulting firm in 2013 called Capuchin Consulting in Chapel Hill, North Carolina. At just the age of 45 Paul is retired living his best life yet.
